This project is the first project that I have participated with Ubon Ratchathani University to discover myself and chose to study at the bachelor's level here.
I have been learned the camp that organized by THAI-NICHI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (TNI), and the knowledge of this course, It's useful, and I can use the knowledge for Startup competitions.
This project allowed me to explore myself even more in my choice of major in International Business Management at Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology
I am entering the workforce, affording a home might be challenging initially. However, considering factors like workplace location and lifestyle, one can evaluate whether buying a house through installments or renting is more suitable in the long run.
As I am a teenager tempted by luxury purchases, considering monthly finances and being mindful before indulging in such expenses is crucial for effective money management.
In my opinion, cars offer convenience but require financial preparedness. Installment plans with high interests can have long-term impacts. Cash or loan options should factor in maintenance costs alongside the purchase.
Diversifying investments, especially through mutual funds, is a prudent strategy to mitigate risks inherent in any investment portfolio. However, one should thoroughly research and understand the associated risks before investing. Diversification coupled with informed decisions can potentially yield better returns.
This course teaches stock portfolio creation and management strategies, defensive and aggressive, to enhance return opportunities. I learned the importance of an investment policy statement (IPS) and approaches to build and manage portfolios optimized for your risk/reward profile.
When I started working, calculating taxes was important for me to be able to manage my own finances, so this is where I learned to calculate taxes as an individual (taxpayer).
There are many levels of investment risk. The first thing I should know is The level of risk I can accept. This course allowed me to apply my knowledge in investment risk management using the Sufficiency Principles as a guideline to sustainable finance.
Mutual funds are one of my investment plans for the future. Knowledge of the basics of various types of mutual funds, returns, risks, and cautions from investing. Tax benefits And techniques for selecting mutual funds that are suitable for myself will allow me to make informed decisions about investing in mutual funds such as RMF, SSF, etc.
This course is similar to the course I have taken but the difference is: Setting investment goals Each investment will have different goals. But for me it is An investment with low-medium risk that I can accept. Then I set a goal to have stable finances. Overcome the inflation rate that is increasing every year and have money saved for retirement.

At that time, it was during the year of the Covid-19 epidemic, which made it difficult to do activities in person. So I joined this activity during my free time, 2 hours a day, to talk, meditate, learn about psychology, etc., to apply it in my daily life.
There are people who are lacking food due to the effects of the virus outbreak. Therefore, I was part of the people who received food and medicine to survive during that time.
The law is nearby. Therefore, I educated myself in my free time on the basics of criminal law and applied my knowledge at the appropriate times.
